The main components of the production line include the raw material mixing & dosing station, concrete block moulds, demoulding crane, horizontal and vertical cutting machines, and the concrete clamp lifting and stacking machine. We categorize the non-autoclaved aerated concrete (NAAC) block production line into small, medium, and large categories, with a daily output of 100-1000m³ and power distribution of 200-600kW.
